When you arrive at the location where you have reserved a bike:
- Check the bike's number in the app to identify your bike. Make sure you are about to unlock your reserved bike. Otherwise, you may unlock additional bike, and additional fees may apply (depending on the payment plan terms).
- Reserved bike should have a green LED lit on the bike's controller, which is located at the back of the bike.
- Press any key to wake up the bike.
- Scan the QR code located on the controller, or
- tap and hold your smart-card over the keypad.
- Now remove the U-bar to unlock the bike.
- Place the U-lock in its holster rings on the left side of the bike while riding.
