When ending your trip, pull on the U-lock after inserting it into the LockBox to test it is securely in place. If the bike is not properly locked, the controller will beep and the LEDs will flash with a red light. Once the bike is locked, check rental status in the mobile app. It's inform you if the bike didn't register locking.
If the bike is physically locked but the app does not register it as locked, please contact your local operator via email or phone.
